It’s official! Arts & Greens is ON barring unanticipated severe changes in current COVID status.
For your convenience, the terms of your participation may be reviewed by scrolling down. Please note that the closing time on Sunday has been extended to 3:30 pm.
The majority of spaces are 10’X10′. Some are 8’x10′ or as described in the A-FRAME pictured at the bottom of this page. If you REQUIRE a 10 x 10 space, please make sure that your Booth shot clearly shows the need.

Call Description:
The 15th Annual Arts and Greens Holiday Market is set amidst the beautiful greenery inside the Bogie Lake Greenhouses(BLG) in White Lake Twp., Oakland Co., MI. Sponsored by Huron Valley Council for the Arts (HVCA). HVCA and BLG are mindful of the Covid-19 pandemic and reserve the right to enforce CDC and local recommendations and make adjustments as necessary.
HOURS:
Friday, Nov. 19 – Artist check-in and set-up: noon-5pm
Saturday, Nov. 20 – 9am-5pm
Sunday, Nov. 21 – 11am-3:30 pm (please note: this is a change, previously set to 3pm)
$180 approximately 10’X10′
$160 approximately 8’x10′; and
$140 A-Frame (see descriptions below).
Only fine art and quality crafts of original design and execution will be accepted. No team logos or other copyrighted images are allowed.
Applicants are responsible for:
– providing their own displays, including tables, chairs, fixtures, low-wattage lighting, and sales bags.
– monitoring, staffing, and securing their property at all times.
– collection and payment of Michigan sales taxes.
– breaking down booth NO EARLIER than 3:30 pm Sunday, Nov. 22
– vacating BLG no later than 5:30 pm Sunday.
An application is a commitment to the show, failure to comply with all/any rules may result in expulsion from the show and loss of fees paid at the discretion of HVCA.
WAIVER/RELEASE: By submitting this application, the participant hereby agrees to all terms above and that The Art Shop (TAS), the Huron Valley Council for the Arts (HVCA), and Bogie Lake Greenhouses BLG) shall not be liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained by any participants, his/her heirs, or any person or organization, arising out of your participation in any event, including the loss or damage to work exhibited or on-premises. Depending on the best information related to COVID-19 in as we move forward, there may be changes necessary including possible cancellation. Participants will be allowed to accept the amended terms or to receive a refund of booth fees. Participants hereby fully and forever release TAS, HVCA, BLG, and their volunteers or staff from any and all causes of action, claims, and demands of any nature that arise out of any event.
Booth fees will be billed upon acceptance to the show. Your space will be reserved for you as soon as your payment is received. If the booth fee is not paid within 7 days of notification, the entrant will be moved to the Waitlist. UPDATE: Booth fee deadline has been extended to OCTOBER 6.
